I. Delivery policy:
After you place your order successfully, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your order within 24 hours.

Currently, Co Cam prawn cracker support delivery in all provinces and cities across the country. We also accept deliveries to foreign countries such as the US, Australia, Europe, Singapore, Japan, etc. (please call hotline 090.129.1357 for accurate information when shipping overseas)
1. In Ho Chi Minh City
- Delivery time: 1-2 working days
- Delivery fee: 25,000 VND. (If delivered immediately or within the day, the delivery fee will be according to the grab price)
- Payment methods: COD, Bank transfer, Momo, Zalo pay, Credit card, etc.
2. Outside of Ho Chi Minh City
- Delivery time: 3-7 working days
- Delivery fee: According to the delivery fee of shipping company
- Payment methods: COD, Bank transfer, Momo, Zalo pay, Credit card, etc.
II. Return policy:
When receiving the products, you should do the following:
- Check that there are correct and sufficient products that the Customer has ordered
- Check if the product has been damaged in transit
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can ask the delivery / sales staff to confirm and return the goods. Co Cam Prawn Cracker will not be responsible for resolving Customer’s complaint after Customer receives and pays.
All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
